RHH Welding Solutions Ltd, registered in England under company number 16164080, provides welding, fabrication, repair, and related services. By engaging our services, you ("Customer") agree to these Terms and Conditions.

We specialise in:

• Welding and metal fabrication
• Custom design and repair services

  Exclusions: We do not handle hazardous materials or work outside agreed safety standards.

• Estimates Are Not Binding:
  • All estimates provided by RHH Welding Solutions Ltd are approximations based on initial project assessments.
  • The final price may increase due to factors such as:
    • Unforeseen complexities (e.g., material defects, structural issues).
    • Changes in material costs or labour requirements.
    • Delays caused by the Customer (e.g., inaccessible worksites, last-minute design changes).
  • You will be notified before work proceeds if costs exceed the original estimate.
• Payment Terms:
  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins, calculated from the initial estimate.
  • The final balance will reflect the actual cost of the project and is due immediately upon completion.

• A 50% deposit is required for all projects.
• Cancellations will forfeit the deposit.

• We are not liable for damage caused by improper use, environmental factors, or third-party modifications.

By making full payment, the Customer:

• Accepts the work as complete and satisfactory.
• Releases RHH Welding Solutions Ltd from all liability for issues arising after payment,
• Acknowledges we are not responsible for post-completion damage, misuse, or unauthorised alterations.

• Subcontractors: We may use vetted subcontractors but retain responsibility for quality.
• Force Majeure: Delays due to unforeseeable events (e.g., pandemics, strikes) are not our liability.
• Indemnification: Customer agrees to cover costs from claims due to their negligence.
